Editorial Procedures

The journal's publication process is divided into three main stages:

Stage 1 – Submission and Initial Review

Stage 2 – Peer Review

Stage 3 – Approval and Publication

All stages of the journal’s publication process are fully displayed on the online submission system, allowing authors to track the status of their manuscripts.

Submission and Initial Review

  • The Editorial Board receives manuscripts via the journal's online publishing system and assesses their topics, structure, and formatting to determine their suitability for the journal. If a manuscript does not meet the journal’s criteria, it will be rejected immediately. If it is suitable, it will be categorized, assigned a unique ID, and proceed to the peer review process.

Peer Review

  • The Editor-in-Chief or an authorized Editorial Board member assigns two independent experts in the relevant field to review the manuscript (double-blind peer review).
  • The Editorial Board informs the author of the reviewers’ feedback and any additional comments from the Editorial Board (if applicable).
  • The author revises the manuscript within the required timeframe.

Approval and Publication

  • The Editor-in-Chief reviews and approves revised manuscripts accepted by the peer reviewers for inclusion in the publication list.
  • The Editorial Board screens for plagiarism using iThenticate software.
  • The Editorial Board arranges for English proofreading (for abstracts and English-language articles).
  • The Editorial Board edits the content and formatting, typesets the manuscript, proofreads, and finalizes the publication.
  • The Editor-in-Chief conducts a final review before publication.
  • The Editorial Board publishes the approved articles on the online publishing system and proceeds with printing and distribution as per regulations

The total duration of the publication process for one journal issue typically takes around two months.
